Operational Method
Map every system, team, and dependency before arrival. Identify where failures are most likely and what their cost would be. The work starts before the gates open.
Configure and test all critical systems — cashless payments, access control, crowd flow — under load conditions before the event goes live. No surprises during execution.
Continuous operational oversight during the event. Fast decisions when situations evolve. I make things work when theory stops and reality begins.
Document what worked, what failed, what to carry forward. Build institutional memory for repeat events. Systems that learn are systems that hold.
